her style is kind of reminiscent of some of my favorite artists, such as amel larrieux and corinne bailey rae.
she even has a track with my favorite emcee, blu (alongside phonte & joe budden) called 'dreamland'.

she's been on a hiatus since the sudden death of her husband back in march 2008.
is it wrong that the first thing i thought when i heard about his death is that she's gonna make a dope second album?
